Each Richard Heeps piece is produced to order, specifically prepared and framed following receipt of your order. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your artwork to be ready for delivery.

Once your piece is ready, wherever possible we use our own Startle vehicles and team to deliver your artwork personally. Where this isn't practical, we'll use a carefully selected delivery partner or trusted courier, choosing the most appropriate method for the artwork and its destination.

Whichever method we use, your artwork will be fully insured and we'll always discuss the delivery arrangements with you before it is dispatched.
