Henri Miller is a cutting-edge contemporary mixed media artist whose dynamic work fuses digital expression with hand-drawn and hand-coloured techniques to create vibrant, multi-layered compositions.
Drawing deep inspiration from pop culture, travel, and his immediate surroundings, Miller transforms fleeting moments into timeless art through innovative techniques and a fearless use of colour.
Born in France, Miller lived and studied Fine Art in Berlin during the 1990s. Enchanted by the city’s nightlife and culture, he immersed himself in the underground art scene, producing shows inspired by music, politics and photography. Following graduation, he continued to travel and work across Europe, absorbing a wide range of influences. His cultural frame of reference expanded as he explored various cities—from the renaissance rooms of the Uffizi to the vibrant street art scenes in Amsterdam, Berlin and London—leading him to develop a unique personal style.
Away from the urban centres, a three-month stint in the vineyards of Épernay inspired Miller’s latest collection, which we are proud to present at Startle, celebrating the world’s most iconic Champagne brands. His recent works explore the potential of working with aluminium and resin and have been showcased in exclusive art spaces and events throughout Europe.
